After 8 hours in the car we made it to Northern Virginia… a trip that should have only taken 5 or 6 if we stopped a few times to eat and stretch. I suppose it could have been worse, but it was really hard watching Magellan’s ETA crawl farther and farther away. I should have taken a few pictures of the break lights and snow along I-95… oh well. I also could have taken a picture of the Asian family that decided to stop and awkwardly hold their little girl (by little I mean about 7 years old, so not that little) while she peed on the snow-covered cement guardrail.
We’re about 10 miles south of DC here and there is a ridiculous amount of snow! I’m planning to take lots of pictures and play in the snow a bit. Maybe we’ll even go sledding! 🙂
